(54) WELDING TRANSFORMER one The invention relates to welding transformers with a cold-rolled transformer steel magnetic core, provided with a magnetic flux shunt and with a falling external characteristic designed to power the welding arc. In known welding transformers, the magnetic circuits consist of shaped parts. Known welding transformers with tape magnetic conductors of cold-rolled transformer steel, equipped with magnetic flux shunts, but very low-power 1. In a tape magnetic circuit, the magnetic flux, the passage to the shunt, crosses the planes of the steel sheets, induce eddy currents in them, causing excessive heating of the magnetic conductor near the shunt of the magnetic flux. This phenomenon eliminates the possibility of using tape magnetic circuits in welding transformers of medium and high power. In low-power transformers with a tape magnetic core, temperature increases in the magnetic core are allowed, but there is an additional loss of power, which entails a decrease in efficiency. The aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of manufacture and improve the energy and welding characteristics of each column of the magnetic circuit. This is achieved by inserting inserts made of electrical steel plates into the location of the magnetic flux site, and the insert plates are located perpendicular to the magnetic core plates. FIG.
